Mon-Thurs 8.00am-17.00pm

Friday 8:00am-15:30pm

Our prestigious client is looking for someone with a strong administrative background with a competent typing speed. To support their sales team within the logistics department. You will learn all aspects of sales, shipping and logistics.

Key Responsibilities as Sales Support Administrator:

* Support the clients sales team

* Provide support in processing orders

* Coordinating logistics to manage the shipping in and out of goods – training given

* Be in regular contact with overseas suppliers, shipping agents and customers.

Key Requirements:

* Be a strong administrator

* Have a positive 'can-do' approach to problem solving.

* Understanding of Microsoft Office products including outlook, excel, and word

* A good typing speed.

* Strong attention to detail

* Ideally, previous experience using SAGE.
