Stott and May are looking for a Strategic Leader to join the Education and Early help division for a local council client.

Contract
ASAP start
Hybrid - various locations borough wide
3 months (scope for extension)

Successful candidates will be responsible for grant funded budgets up to £250k across a 2 year year programme. You will supervise and coordinate across a range of staff working for multi-agency partners as part of the parenting offer delivery team.

Requirements:
- Experience working in children/family services
- Experience delivering grant funded projects
- Experience working with local leaders on service improvement or practice development
- Experience of working with local population administrative data and manipulating data using software
- Experience in the development of sustainable structures, resources, relationships and processes that are designed to support the evidence leadership function.
- Understanding of DfE Family Hubs policy and implementation at a local level
- Competent using a range of methods to demonstrate that they are evidence minded
