3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Luton / Home
3 Month Contract
£400 - £450 per day (Outside IR35)

Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware

We are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in central Luton 2 days a week.

The Role:

To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts and issues around M365, Exchange online and Citrix related queries.
Support sys admin projects, including Exchange online, M365, SCCM, Intune etc.
Provide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.
Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and knowledge articles.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

Experience in an infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
Great team player experienceDesirable skills include:

VMWare
Monitoring tools
Mobile device management
