Senior Tech Lead / Technical Lead / IT Coordinator / Senior Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Manager / IT Team Manager required by a growing MSP based in Portsmouth. You'll be working with a dedicated team to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions and exceptional service to their diverse clients. Our team is composed of dynamic and innovative professionals who thrive on challenges and excel in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee complex projects, lead and mentor the team, meet and support the clients closely and much more.

Package
- Competitive salary: £40,000 -£50,000

Senior Tech Lead / Technical Lead / IT Coordinator / Senior Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Manager / IT Team Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT specialists to achieve project goals and maintain high service standards.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced IT solutions for our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT services.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of client IT systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Act as the escalation point for service desk issues.
- Advise customers on suitable IT solutions and projects.

Senior Tech Lead / Technical Lead / IT Coordinator / Senior Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Manager / IT Team Manager Requirements:
- Worked in an MSP previously with 3+ years of experience desirable.
- Proven experience in a senior tech lead role.
- Proficient with the full M365 admin stack.
- Proficient with M365 Intune/Autopilot.
- Competent in performing migrations into M365, including email and data workloads.
- Experience setting up and managing DNS for domain changes.
- Experience setting up LAN/WAN/VLAN.
- Full UK clean driving license - very important.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director
