We are looking to expand our small team by recruiting a Customer Support Administrator, with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrable experience of working in the field of Customer Support.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate can look forward to joining a growing, highly collaborative learning & development team that have developed ground breaking training and certification initiatives in the offshore energy (oil & gas, renewables) industry.
You will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. In addition you will be required to undertake a range of IT related administrative tasks relating to the MTCS Learning Management System.
The role will require you to develop an understanding of MTCS Online in order that you can carryout routine administrative tasks and provide customer support in all routine aspects of MTCS Online.
Applicants must have a good working knowledge and experience in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 (Word & Excel) and Gmail. Experience in working with Google Sheets is advantageous.
