Customer Success Manager

£55,000 OTE

Remote (Customer visits if/when required)

What's the job?

Do you have experience in Customer Success within a Software business? I'm currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a well-established player in the technology sector. You'll be responsible for successful onboarding, implementation and post-sales management of the company's software platform. This role will require someone with some technical knowledge of software implementations but you don't need to be a tech wizard to apply!

Required experience;

  • Several years working in a software or technical environment within customer success
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and requirements for software implementation and adoption.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers
  • Ability to translate technical requirements from customer to tech teams
  • Experience working with CRM software (eg, Salesforce), customer success platforms, and project management tools.
