Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant on a permanent basis.

You will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth by delivering exceptional pre-sales support. Your will gain a deep understanding of the service and products offerings, combined with your strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be instrumental in securing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Key Skills:

  • Comfortable and confident working in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably within the managed services and technology reseller industry
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud computing, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and design appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with a wide range of technology vendors and their products
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (eg, Microsoft Azure/M365, Juniper) are highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
