Title: Engineering Manager/Technical Lead
Location: London (W6) Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site
Salary: up to £100k DOE + Bonus & Benefits

Role overview:
Seeking an Engineering Manager who is eager to elevate their career.
This role offers the chance to enhance and expand the client's Software Engineering Department.
It provides the opportunity to collaborate with a market-leading company, exploring new avenues and impacting global retailers.
As a member of our team, you will lead an agile group, working with passionate and top-tier professionals.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to and maintaining our cloud infrastructure as code, managing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with other experienced experts to deliver our software products

What's needed for the role

  • Build our applications using C# .NET Core with a React Front End
  • Work with containerisation and cloud technologies such as docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Octopus, Gitlab, Teamcity)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in software engineering
  • Strong background in end-to-end feature delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
  • A track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing engineering teams
