We are going to transform the fashion industry by enabling brilliant designers to create the next generation of companies that will be as beautiful as their creative vision. We are looking for a leader to run the day-to-day administrative and operational workings of our NYC office. We don’t have it all figured out, but our plans are very big. If you tremble at uncertainty and fear the unknown, we are not the place for you. If you are a builder who knows that the best opportunities in life are those that you create yourself, you’ll fit in great.

About Us

Resonance is building a more sustainable and valuable fashion industry – for customers, designers, brands, and the planet. We’re revolutionizing the entire value chain through a combination of AI-powered technology and human ingenuity to break down barriers for creators — and minimize the entire industry’s impact on the planet. Pro tip: If you want to join us, we’ll expect you to have done some research.

About You

You want to DO SOMETHING REALLY FUCKING BIG with your career, with your life, with the impact you make on this planet. Join our growing team in our New York office. You don’t get offended by an F-bomb because we use it to lift up, not to put down. You are a people person who is unafraid of ambiguity, can approach problems with fearless curiosity, and can think outside the boxes of typical office structure. You want to reimagine what office administration and executive support looks like with as much passion as we want to reimagine fashion. You are unafraid to step up and fill gaps as you see them and lean into, rather than shy away from challenges.

About the Role

Be the driving force behind an amazing NYC office: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining an organized, spotless, and inviting workspace.

Create operational excellence: Support our leaders, teams, and visitors with top-notch administrative support.

Stock and maintain the office: Keep the office well-stocked with everything needed for our team to thrive.

Oversee administrative functions: Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

Reimagine office operations: Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve office processes.

Nurture our community: Foster a diverse, inclusive environment of fashion creators, engineers, business experts, and brand visionaries through daily activities, weekly events, and long-term projects.

Support executive schedules and projects: Assist up to 3 C-level executives with schedule management and various projects.

HR and people functions: Support the Finance Director with HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and managing the hiring process.

Growth Opportunities:

At Resonance, we believe in nurturing talent and providing our team members with ample opportunities to grow. As our Office Manager, you’ll have the chance to learn from industry leaders, take on new challenges, and advance your career within our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Experience in an Executive Assistant role or Office Manager role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

An amazingly friendly, enthusiastic, and nurturing personality.

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.

Detail-oriented with a keen sense of prioritization.

A true “customer service” attitude in handling challenges with poise and optimism - a “no job too small” mentality in supporting our team on a day-to-day basis.

Flexibility to manage ever-changing schedules.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing company or work environment.

Ability to thrive in unstructured, dynamically-changing work environments.

1-3 years of experience.

Ability to be in-office Monday-Friday during working hours.

Benefits

We offer full benefits (medical, dental, and vision) and a competitive salary - we’ll pay you based on what you have done in the past and what you can do for us in the future. Additionally, you will have access to continuous learning and development resources, including mentorship from seasoned professionals, workshops, and training programs designed to help you expand your skillset and achieve your career goals.

Join us at Resonance, and let’s do something really fucking big together.
