Service Now Consultant (Service Now/Qlik Sense)
Sheffield (Hybrid working, 2 days per week onsite)
6 months (Inside IR35)
£530 p/d

Are you an experienced Service Now Consultant with a knack for problem management and proactive problem solving? My client is looking for a skilled professional to join their team, supporting the problem management team with your expertise. Your strong background in Service Management or Problem Management, coupled with proficiency in utilising ServiceNow for data analysis and reporting, will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using ServiceNow, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
  • Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to support business needs.
  • Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
  • Maintain and support BI platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and execute complex queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Support the problem management team by using Qlik Sense for predictive analysis.
  • Develop a predictive analysis-based problem management dashboard using Power BI, with ServiceNow as the Back End data source.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in BI development, with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in data modelling and reporting tools.
  • Ability to design generate reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Service management experience is highly important.

It would be advantageous to hold any of the following certifications: ITIL, ITSM, V3, SCRUM, PMP.
