I have a great opportunity for a Head of Change & Transformation to join a leading B2C organisation who are in the process of modernising their technology estate, with significant investment in IT.

In this role, you will be working within the fast-growing environment to drive Pan-European technology change - you'll be in charge of project portfolio, managing budgets, and engaging all levels stakeholders. You will prioritise the projects that are going on at the moment, set the direction of change, and drive day-to-day transformational improvement.

We are therefore looking for the following experience:

  • Proven experience delivering change in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with deep knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and experience identifying issues and developing appropriate strategies.
  • Team leader - this role will have direct reports, so people management skills is essential.
  • Experience working in the retail or hospitality.
  • Culture fit - this organisation has an amazing culture, so this person needs to be an energetic, personable, and inspiring individual.

Due to the scale of projects that are in the pipeline, there is a great deal of opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business, with huge amounts of growth opportunity. Offering a collaborative, friendly working environment, with hybrid working available.
