We are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT incidents and requests. You'll handle phone calls and emails, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.

Requirements This Role:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory
  • Previous Service Desk Analyst experience
