Change Communications and Engagement Manager| 4 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Edinburgh)|

Harvey Nash's client is looking to recruit a Change Communications and Engagement Manager on a 4 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continually refine the communication and engagement strategy for stakeholders based on their feedback. This includes programme governance and assurance bodies, the core and extended programme team, end users, customers, and others.
  • Promote customer awareness and understanding of the programme's scope, benefits, deliverables, and impacts to develop a branded repository of programme information and communication materials.
  • Create comprehensive stakeholder information resources to cater to the diverse needs of stakeholders across various customer touchpoints and complex release scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the Business Change team to schedule, lead, and manage the delivery of an extensive engagement plan for all stakeholders, using appropriate channels to meet the objectives of the change strategy.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms within the programme to gauge the impact of stakeholder engagement and demonstrate programme and customer readiness.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience of preparing, creating, and delivering creative engagement products and multi-media materials within a complex change landscape
  • Experience of creative stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced complex change programme
  • Experience of recommending and building engagement solutions for escalating risks, issues and customer requests as necessary within a complex change programme
  • Experience of providing deep technical expertise in change communication and engagement
  • Experience of setting standards, influencing, negotiating with, and providing specialism challenge to programme stakeholders to set a high-quality customer experience.
  • Experience of developing organisational capability in specialism as part of that role
