Robert Half Technology are assisting a global financial services organisation to recruit a Sales Support Specialist on a contract basis - fully remote (UK based).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:

    • The Sales Support Specialist will review, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
    • Maintain a repository of all contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Salesforce Administration:

    • Manage and update customer and sales data in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce workflows, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Support:

    • The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
    • Coordinate and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Customer Service:

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
