Job Summary: As an SAP ECC6 OTC Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting retail clients to optimize their Order to Cash processes by leveraging SAP ECC6 solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  • SAP ECC6 Configuration: Configure and customize SAP ECC6 Order to Cash modules to meet the specific needs of retail clients.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of the client's existing Order to Cash processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement SAP solutions that align with retail industry best practices and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party applications to ensure seamless integration with Order to Cash processes.

  • Perform rigorous testing and validation of SAP ECC6 configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process flows, and change management procedures.

  • Provide training and support to end-users and assist in resolving issues and inquiries related to OTC processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and retail industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

  • Manage and execute SAP ECC6 OTC projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. SAP certification is a plus.

  • Several years of experience as an SAP ECC6 OTC Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations in the retail sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC6 modules related to Order to Cash, including SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and integration with related modules.

  • A strong understanding of retail industry processes, trends, and challenges.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Experience in project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the success of the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, as many retail companies are transitioning to this platform.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and mobile solutions for improved user experiences.

  • Experience with SAP Analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
