Here at Harvey Nash we're pleased to be working exclusively with our client to recruit an IT Support Engineer on a Full time basis.

The role will be to provide a range of 2nd and 3rd line support tasks via telephone, remote support and onsite. You will have responsibility for troubleshooting desktop, server and network related technical issues, escalating to 3rd parties where necessary.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Provided end-user support for MS Windows, MS Office, and general desktop software/hardware.
  • Performed Windows System Administration, particular Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Managed and configured networking hardware, especially Cisco/Meraki and HP ProCurve, including general network troubleshooting.
  • Supported VoIP telephony systems, particularly Mitel.
  • Maintained, serviced, and troubleshot hardware, focusing on Dell (Servers/Desktops) and HP/Lexmark (Printers).
