Job Description: As an Executive Recruiter at our client, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top executive-level talent for our esteemed clients. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment and industry knowledge, you will engage in strategic talent acquisition initiatives to meet our clients' executive staffing needs. This role requires a keen understanding of both client requirements and candidate profiles, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, online channels, and industry events, to identify and engage top-tier executive candidates.

Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with executive candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and serving as a trusted advisor.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform recruitment strategies and provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and placing senior-level professionals.

Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, including direct sourcing, market mapping, and candidate assessment techniques.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing and candidate management.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
