Kirtana Consulting is looking for Executive Assistant with one of its top client based in Brussels or Amsterdam.

Work Location: Brussels or Amsterdam

Experience: 3 years

Duration: 1 Year

Detailed Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will work directly with SVP level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Calendar management; schedule and coordinate meetings; schedule and coordinate team meetings, internal and external meetings and clients' meetings;

- Handling incoming calls, and being able to exercise independent discretion when responding to inquiries;

- Organizing and securing highly confidential company (and employee) information;

- Assisting in (ad-hoc) projects when needed often requiring independent discretion and follow up;

- Assisting in creation/modification of meeting minutes, presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents and reports;

- Coordinating travel arrangements - both international and domestic;

- Handling expenses.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management support, including full control of Outlook;
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, getting the job done;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, on every level within the organization;
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English (other languages being a plus);
  • Proven experience in working in a fast paced environment;
  • Stress resistant and well organized;
  • Full time available, 5 days a week
