Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

Location: London or Ireland

Salary: £36k
OTE: £4.5k

My client specializes in OEE software via a Microsoft Azure SaaS solution. They need a motivated and technical minded SDR to join their growing team and drive new business. Their clients are high-volume manufacturers who leverage these solutions to boost capacity, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement. They integrate IoT data collectors with production equipment and various data sources.

As an SDR, you will drive lead acquisition across the UK, Ireland, and beyond, nurturing existing leads and creating a robust pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through online research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Qualify potential customers, understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Present persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and sales intent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, with potential to grow into a Business Development role.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS (experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus).
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical specifications and value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoominfo (Engage), and Salesforce is an advantage.
