Receptionist/Office Junior
Great opportunity to work within a global Financial company in the Capital Markets/trading sector.
The job is a starter position taking care of all the junior tasks required in an office environment.
Working on reception is a front of business client facing position, so good interpersonal and client interaction skills are required.
Training and mentoring will be provided.

Duties
Reception duties including greeting visitors to the floor
Taking all calls that come through to the London office
Booking, meeting and greeting visitors
Facilities administration
Booking permits for contractors access to the building
Meeting deliveries
Sending post
Assisting marketing team
Working with Facilities Manager/Procurement/Accounts Team

Skills required
Super organised
Customer Facing
Friendly and helpful
Flexible and able to prioritise a task list
Excellent attention to detail
Trustworthy and reliable
Self-motivated
Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using a computer (MS Office, in particular Outlook, Teams and Excel)
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
Previous administrative experience beneficial
Able to undertake manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving

This is initially a 12 month temp position with the possibility of permanent employment contract.
Based in Canary Wharf this is an office based role.
