Finance / Payroll / HR Administrator

Harrogate - 37 hours - £17,604

We are currently recruiting a Finance / Payroll / HR Administrator based on the outskirts of Harrogate.

Due to the busy environment of the Finance and HR department here we are looking for a new member of the team. You will work alongside a busy, friendly team. The main objective of this role is to assist with all matters in the Payroll and HR department and to provide clerical support and assist the HR/admin office. You will work for a well established nationwide company who offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. You will work 37 hours per week, working hours being 8am-4.30 or 8.30 -5pm.

Responsibilities include:

Processing all financial administration

Providing support and advice to staff regarding financial entitlements

Processing P45/P46 documentation

To conduct monthly statement of earnings, deductions and rectify anomalies

Distribution of pay statements

General administration reports

To assist with all initial HR documentation for new starters

To maintain and update personnel records

Stock management of stationery store - replenishing and reordering as required

Manage all internal and external mail

General admin duties such as photocopying, shredding and filing


Previous administration experience

Good communication skills - both verbal and written

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Good Numerical skills and attention to detail

A smart and professional appearance

Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
