My client are world leaders in pneumatics and experts in industrial automation. With subsidiaries in key locations and sales offices around the world they remain firmly focused on continuous improvement, innovative product development combined with the highest levels of customer care.


I am searching for Sales Engineer who can assist my client's aspiration to increase their market share in the UK. These are exciting roles to take the the clients products in a B2B environment, through a value-added sales approach. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role:-

Action Plan the sales area in accordance with the company's sales policies and the sales engineer's personal sales targets:

Produce, implement and maintain Area Plans for sufficient user accounts so that personal sales targets may be achieved from pre-planned target users

Ensure service expectations of Maintenance accounts are met, sales revenue and profitability is maximized and the contact network is maximized

Ensure all Development accounts are aggressively pursued to increase market share at the expense of competitor business

Identify, qualify and develop new business users

Using Sales reports analyse User trends and take whatever corrective action is deemed necessary

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful person should possess a variety of skills and knowledge including:

A mechanical / electrical engineering degree, HND, HNC or ONC.

3+ years' experience in either a technical or engineering sales roles

Excellent communication skills to develop key customer relationships and a pro-active attitude to produce new business and develop the key accounts.
