Supply Chain & Logistics Account Manager is required by a growing and very successful organisation to lead sales and business development of supply chain and warehousing services across the UK market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong multi-level customer relationships with the client;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the clients on supply chain and logistics innovation;
  • Identifying and seizing new business opportunities;
  • Expanding existing engagements;
  • Contributing to customer-specific business proposals;
  • Overseeing portfolios of projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery;
  • Leveraging deep knowledge of supply chain domain to create innovative solutions to business challenges;
  • Negotiating contracts and resolving issues.

Required experience and skills:

  • ability to build board room level relationships with company's clients
  • extensive experience in selling supply chain and warehousing solutions to retail companies, manufacturing organisations, FMCG sector, etc.;
  • experience in managing teams of supply chain and warehousing consultants;
  • good knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes and the ability to translate it into new business offers, account development and stakeholder relationship building;
  • strong leadership skills and ability to lead change while inspiring and developing business development and account management teams;
  • willingness to travel.
