Servicenow Developer/Servicenow engineer

Flexible Remote Working (1-2 days a week)

London/Manchester

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions. Other responsibilities include designing, developing, deploying, installing, configuring and maintaining standard, sustainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform with regards to discipline and software.

  • This is a global Global role, responsible for the day to day technical management of the ServiceNow Product suite.
  • Primary contact for all ServiceNow integration and enhancement requests.
  • Translating requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and optimise automation and integration.
  • Acting as the ServiceNow Platform SME and technical escalation point for junior staff.

Key Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow Admin Certified
ServiceNow Scripting such as, UI Policy, UI Action Client Scripts, Email Inbound, Business Rule.
Strong experience with Service Portal & Widget Creation
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Service Mapping
Discovery
Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practice and new features
