Service Desk Team Lead

Your new company

Your new company offer industry leading shareholder services. The team provides tailored services to support companies before, during and after listing, including shareholder communications, investor analysis and company secretarial services. They can also help with company formation and administration services.

Your new role

In your new role you will be managing the deskside support team in their daily duties, providing all of the companies 2nd line end users computing hardware and software support. You will need to encourage great customer service and you will ensure that all 2nd line end user computing support tooling and processes are fit for purpose and effective. You will also be the main point of escalation for complaints, issues and communicating on progress.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you will need a great understanding of technology. You will need an ITIL Certification. You will need to be MCSA Qualified and previous experience of leading or managing an IT team.
