This leading visionary are at an exciting stage of growth and is working with leaders in the UK food industry to transform the sustainability of food factory hygiene by reducing the use of water and energy are looking for a Business Development Executive! £45k-£55k OTE and car allowance based in Oxfordshire.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your will be building a pipeline of opportunities to deliver an innovative solution that offers material benefits to the clients. You will focus on developing great relationships at all levels across multiple functions within the client's organisation.

*Develop trusted, long-term profitable customer accounts through relationship building sales techniques

*Qualify and manage sales opportunities through professional gated screening processes and use of all available information resources

*Develop comprehensive knowledge of prospects including personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, customer business objectives, business needs and opportunity

*Deliver customer sales presentations and participate in all sales activities and assist with general customer demonstrations, training and support

*Negotiate all sales opportunities in conjunction with senior leadership and generate associated contracts and proposals

*Achieve value based pricing levels through effective sales negotiation

*Coordinate and communicate sales activities and strategies effectively to the business

*Create and update account/contact details within the company's CRM system. Use the CRM to monitor and report on prospect's purchasing plans

*Leverage CRM system to grow sales from existing customer base and expand customer base in assigned territory

*Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates

*Create a territory business plan that satisfies goals as established by sales management

*Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities, with support from marketing

*Identify product and technology training requirements and liaise with customer service to deliver high quality post sales experience

The Ideal Candidate:

*BA/BS in Life Sciences or food technology

*B2B experience in a 360 sales role

*2-5 years of selling technology solutions to a regulated industry ideally food
