Help Team Specialist I

Proforma is seeking a Help Team Specialist to support our Support Center staff Members, our Owner Network and any of their Business Associates (CSR, Customers and/or Vendors). This candidate will perform such tasks as PC configuration and troubleshooting; in-house and webinar training and education on our proprietary software system; as well as respond to incoming inquiries via phone, voicemail and email.
Candidate must have a High School Diploma and a 2+ years of continuing education preferred.
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and listening skills with a pleasant speaking voice; must possess a professional image/manner and have the ability to maintain patience when dealing with user complaints and system problems; must be detail oriented and organized. Must be available to staff the Help Desk between the hours of 7:30am- 8:00pm Monday-Friday. Overtime on an on-call basis.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge in Personal Computer configuration and troubleshooting; working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite.
2-3 years experience working in a customer service environment assisting users operating a Personal Computer.
