Onsite Support Technician -Unix and Oracle
For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Onsite Support Technician' for a permanent position in Brussels, Belgium.
The ideal 'Deskside Support Technician' will need to have the following experience
- L2/L3 Hands-on Support Experience with Oracle & Unix knowledge.
- Good Knowledge on Monitoring tools, Ticketing Tools,M queues etc.
- Support users Technical & Functional queries via phones/emails. Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English.
- Sound knowledge on Banking domain ( Retail and Investment banking).
- Understand the business process and Investment banking operations to support business queries.
- Work closely with business and Vendor to get the issue resolved based on the priority as per SLA.
- Manage end-to-end co-ordination of the tickets assigned with prioritization of incoming requests.
- Self-driven and Ownership of the tasks.
- Knowledge on ITIL V3/V4 (Understanding Incident, Problem and Release Management).
