Alcatel Support Engineer - Brussels

Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of IT-ecosystems (DNS, DHCP, AD).
  • Knowledge of routing and switching.
  • Knowledge of UC related protocols (VOIP, ISDN, SIP, H323, Qsig).
  • Technical product skills:

    • 4760/8770 ACSE/ACFE
    • Mobility (Dect/IpDect/Woip) ACSE
    • Mobicall Basic/Advanced

Description of work:

  • Design, implement and support ALU OmnipcxEnterprice - OpenTouch solutions appropriate to the customer's needs and business environment.
  • Provide ad-hoc consulting on UC issues.
  • Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support to Sales and Pre-Sales.
  • Coordinate and plan small to medium size implementation projects.
  • 24/7 support.
  • Design, implement and assist in demo's and proof of concepts for end customers.
