P2P Solutions Partnership drive partnership based Talent Acquisition white label, attrition reduction solutions and technology delivery excellence across multiple sectors.

As part of our planned growth we are looking for an experienced sales winner with personality, to drive and deliver new business and clients.

We have an entrepreneurial view of business and are looking for an independent free thinker to work for or partner with us.

The role is mainly home-based and involves identifying and contacting new potential clients. A majority of contacts will be cold calling, but with the usual follow up meeting for continuity.

There will be KPIs but not micromanagement. You will be interacting with the team daily on collaborative approaches and building strong relationships internally and externally with clients

WE are a small company with excellent credentials, gaining credibility, reputation and a foothold in the market. Its an exciting time to join, make the difference and earn a potential share option as we grow. Not for the feint hearted but certainly for the ambitious.

You will have referable target achievement within sales, have a suitable home office set up for cold calling and conference calls, and a can do independent attitude. If you have a black book then all the better.

You will have excellent communication skills

You will have good Microsoft Office and CRM management experience

Recruitment sales experience would be beneficial, but an understanding of B2B solution sales would be needed.
