As an SAP Transformation Manager, your responsibility will be to accompany the business through the life cycle of the program. This will involve developing proposals, defining problems, and proposing solutions. You will be the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders. You will take a key role in board-level governance.

Required skills:

  • Experience in managing SAP engagements including implementations, development, and support projects.
  • Experience working as a Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant on SAP prior to taking over a leadership role.
  • End to End knowledge of SAP Implementation & Support methodologies
  • Should have managed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S4/HANA implementations, including 1 S4/HANA conversion program.
  • Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile).
  • English: full professional proficiency.

Preferred skills:

  • Good understanding of an SAP Functional area and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
  • Good hands-on experience in project management & MS Office (MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
  • Experience with SIs, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
  • German or French language.
