IT Support Analyst sought by a growing not for profit organisation to join their team near Barbican, providing IT support and Microsoft Office 365 administration and ensuring that systems are operational. You will also manage and identify incidents and continually improve processes with support from 3rd party suppliers. The remit will cover service requests, user setup and configuration, asset management and software license management. You will also support the admin of the M365 environment including Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

Job requirements

Candidates will have experience in the following-

  • Previous experience working as an IT support analyst providing day to day tasks such as user account maintenance, system administration etc).
  • Knowledge of M365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
  • Experience of supporting and administering M365.
  • Experience of supporting users in a hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.

Candidates should also demonstrate -

  • A Willingness and ability to pro-actively support and manage the expectations of internal users in conjunction with a managed service provider.
  • A Willingness to get involved with projects as required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
