We are a leading interior fit out contractor working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors. We are We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team in our Park Royal head office for a start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

* As the first point of contact to our office duties will include meeting and greeting clients and directing them appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.

* Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls on a busy switchboard which may involve answering or referring enquiries and taking messages.

* You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms, arranging any catering requirements, ordering stationary as well as keeping the reception area tidy.

* The role holder will be responsible for arranging couriers and sorting and distributing post as well as supporting with general administration duties when required.

Key Skills and Requirements

* You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, confident when liaising with colleagues as well as being self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to develop ongoing relationships and become a trusted member of our team.

Candidates should be able to work the hours 8am- 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Initially on a temp-to-perm basis. Start ASAP
