Minimum
* A keen interest in data and information.
* Experience of working within a fast-paced operational team.
* Excellent communication skills; able to evidence effective, accurate, and persuasive written and oral communications.
* Strong stakeholder management skills; able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with key contacts both internally and externally.

Essential
* Demonstrates good analytical judgment to make logical, informed conclusions, recommendations, and decisions.
* Presentation skills, confident in working with colleagues across the organisation.
* Experience of following internal Client processes.
* Ability to balance, prioritise and manage competing demands; a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Desirable
* Understanding of procurement processes
* Experience of working in an information centre or library
* Knowledge of commercial data and information sources eg Bloomberg, Westlaw, Eikon, Factiva, LexisNexis.
* Experience of working with providers and negotiating to deliver appropriate Value for Money.
