Application Support Lead

A highly established Lloyd's insurance organisation are looking for an Application Support Analyst. This is part of an IT transformation where this App Support Analyst will work with Verisk products such as Eclipse & Claims. They will also support a range of other specialty insurance applications that you would be able to learn as part of your role.

As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for the technical work and smooth running of the insurance specific Verisk applications such as Eclipse & Claims. You will come from a technical Application Support background from the specialty or Lloyd's market and you will report into the Application Support Lead. You must have experience working within the Lloyd's insurance markets & support these specialty insurance specific applications. Your skills within SQL & understanding of the ITIL frameworks will be necessary for you to be successful in this role.

Skills:

  • SQL
  • Eclipse, Claims
  • ITIL framework.
  • Lloyd's insurance market knowledge.
