Customer Services Technology Administrator

Our client, a global Manufacturing firm, are recruiting a Customer Services Technology Administrator to sit in their Portfolio team. The role is based in Solihull but will be Hybrid working 3 days in office. The contract is 12 months with the strong likelihood of extending.

Job Summary:

Support various Customer Service and Portfolio management through developing automation process in Oracle and Salesforce (having knowledge to use Power BI will be an advantage) to support the overall customer services management, accounts receivable management and end of lease term efforts.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to work within a really friendly and open working environment, along with working for a large organisation and wider global business.

Minimum Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- IT Literate - Oracle and Salesforce (having knowledge to use Power BI will be an advantage)

- Data analytics focused

Minimum Required Experience

- Salesforce product knowledge (preferred but not essential)

- Minimum of 12-month hands-on administration experience
