Sr. Executive Search Recruiter

This exciting job opportunity in Dallas is with a highly respected retained executive search firm. They are seeking to hire a senior-level executive recruiter with a solid background in retained or contingency search and/or project management for executive suite projects. This role is focused on candidate identification and management, including research, maintaining contact throughout the process, providing written reports and verbal presentations for continuous management and general candidate ownership. Qualified candidates for this role should have at least 5 years of the following:
-Full cycle retained or contingency recruiting experience including at least some work in the technology industry and placing senior-level executives
-Experience managing complex projects for executive suites for board-level delivery. This would involve relationship building and C-suite sales within a management consulting or service provider environment.
-At least some technology industry experience
-High energy go-getter with a strong drive to succeed
