We are looking for a professional, confident and adaptable Sales Executive with a hunger for success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent customer service experience and a good attitude to work. Utilities experience is desirable but not essential
This is a field based role within a defined geographical region with extensive travel throughout the patch. You will be responsible for organising your own diary and managing your time and therefore strong organisational skills are key to success. You will be required to continually develop your territory through the identification, targeting and acquisition of new customers and to manage and maintain strong relationships with all customers that you identify, ensuring the business meets and exceeds its targets for both new and existing clients.
What you'll do:
Work to assist the team to achieve Targets/KPIs communicated by Team Lead/ Management.
Make outbound calls to cold, warm and hot leads to potential clients as well as attending networking events and client referral meetings.
Develop a culture of teamwork, high performance with a strong focus on customer care.
To ensure we achieve maximum conversion of proposals into formal instructions and to work within targets or KPIs set by the business.
In addition to the above you are required to undertake such duties as may reasonably be required of this role.
What you need:
Ability to build strong and effective relationships.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ensure work carried in accordance with all training delivered and to be able to work to the set processes and procedures of the business.
Proactive, hardworking and determined approach to work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position offers a salary bracket of between £30,000-£35,000 p/a (Depending on Experience).
