Dynamics 365 Consultant/Architect

An urgent requirement has arisen for an experienced D365 Consultant to join out client on an initial 3 month contract.

The consultant will be responsible for conducting an in-depth review and GAP analysis of our clients Dynamics365 implementation and utilisation (Sales & Marketing, CRM & Call Centre)

Knowledge & Experience

  • Possess a deep technical understanding of Dynamics 365 and supporting Microsoft technologies to clearly articulate features and benefits to senior management and/or colleagues alike in a non-techy way.
  • Ability to propose changes to existing standards and strategies or introduce new approaches to meet the needs of new and emerging technologies
  • Able to help find the right configuration of services from Microsoft and third-party providers to suit the CRM needs of the organisation. Experience of integrating D365 with apps outside the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of M365/Office 365 platform and an understanding of where it is applicable to extending the reach and use of CRM.
  • Extensive experience with designing applications and integrations of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps
  • Experience working with 3rd party partners.
  • Functional experience of using Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Completed relevant training paths and certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hold a deep understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by CRM technologies.
  • Able to match requirements of cross-system processes against the goals of a project and the business.
  • Integration skills - knowledge of how to integrate Dynamics 365 apps with each other and with external systems. Familiarity required with different integration patterns and an ability to choose the best one for a given scenario.
  • Familiarity with dev ops practices and technologies for the delivery of continuous improvements to a CRM platform. eg pipelines, code branching, cloud storage, and release management.
  • Able to advise and identify training and skill needs for successful adoption of Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Experience serving as an application/solutions architect, pre-sales architect or functional lead.
