Position Summary

Catalent is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Packaging to join our growing Packaging team in Bloomington, Indiana. This is a 2nd shift position.

Catalent's facility in Bloomington provides a fully integrated and unique model for process development, clinical and commercial mammalian cell culture manufacturing, formulation, parenteral drug manufacturing and packaging under one roof. The award-winning facility provides clinical and commercial bulk drug substance and drug product manufacturing, including liquid and lyophilized vials, and prefilled syringes, along with an array of support services.

The Senior Supervisor, Packaging's primary responsibility is to develop the best team, role model behaviors/values and to deliver results in a compliant manner. There is a significant opportunity to learn, develop, grow, trying new things and personally impact the business, our clients and ultimately the patients receiving the lifesaving products we manufacture.

This position is critical to the "patient first" philosophy as our Senior Supervisors are accountable for processes, personnel, safety and GMP compliance within their areas.

In concert with Catalent's Patient First philosophy, your role contributes to the philosophy by ensuring quality of data and that all data is consistent with expectations.

In This Role

  • You will responsible for ensuring your staff comply with safety and GMP standards and evaluating in assigning personnel.
  • You will collaborate and communicate with support functions.
  • You will schedule employees and managing work load for the manufacturing area.
  • You will review and approve GMP documentations, supporting and leading area Operational Excellent improvements.

The Candidate

  • HS Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • 2 years of GMP experience or equivalent experience
