Provides Customer Service
by interacting with customers to provide information and answer questions about the company's products and services; by processing customer purchase orders; by resolving complaints and complex service delivery issues in a timely manner; by identifying customer needs or problems and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Supports Sales Functions
by corresponding with customers to provide information about the Companies products; by developing strong product and customer knowledge; by coordinating sample inventory products; by sending sample product as requested by existing or potential customers;
Coordinates Transportation of Goods
by providing all relevant paperwork for shipping customer orders; by ensuring the accuracy of all documentation for customers, warehouses, freight carriers, and distributors; by arranging all transportation relevant to distribution, shipping and delivery of customer orders.
Performs General Departmental Duties
by answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate parties; by writing and distributing reports and other correspondence; by accurately filing and maintaining documents; and by performing administrative duties as needed.
-4 year degree from a college/university preferably in a related major
-Some customer service work experience or background
-Friendly and professional demeanor
-Detail oriented and strong communication and organization skills
-Ability to work in a team-based environment
-Computer literate in MS Office, in particular, Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Preferred, but not a requirement - Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
