The Customer Service team is dedicated to delivering a superior service experience and enhanced product value to each of our customers. The team offers assistance on a wide range of needs from general billing to product and service review and specialized service support. ABOUT THE JOB As an Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to attend to the needs and requests of our caring center employees, providing necessary tools and support to aid in the success of their calls and our customer s experience. Your ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities will be key to your success. This position will work closely with call center teams to ensure adequate support is provided. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee Care Recognition program Provide calendar management for assigned Care Leadership and coordinate meetings, appointments and conference rooms Plan and coordinate team meetings and events including Holidays, Special Incentives, one off projects Book travel arrangements for team utilizing a third-party vendor Process monthly expense reports in addition to invoices and purchase orders as needed Draft and send Caring Center Communications on behalf of the Care Leadership team Create agendas, build PowerPoint slides, take notes and communicate action items for standing Operations meeting (Monday Moshpit, Ops Review etc) Provide general administrative support to all Caring Centers Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required Prior experience with graphic design preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Personal Attributes: Strong written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Action oriented and customer focused Approachable Coachable Ability to maintain composure in a stressful environment Resourceful and able to multi-task Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Ability to interact successfully with a diverse array of people Ability to set priorities and stay focused Time management skills
