Strategic Growth Manager

The Strategic Growth team is responsible for identifying, developing and launching growth initiatives for the Consumer Product line at GreatCall.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Manager, Strategic Growth is a dynamic role where you will focus relentlessly on customer needs. Taking ideas from inception to scale, you will be responsible for the customer voice as you work with marketing, design, technical, and business leaders to launch new products and services. Leveraging lean startup methodologies and agile development, you will rapidly prototype new offerings to meet aggressive metrics and growth goals. You will be a leader on the ultimate vision and strategy of your product area.
Own the execution of selected special projects Drive project specific metrics to meet corporate objectives Partner with Product and Engineering teams to propose, plan and influence growth ideas Support projects with logic, data and reasoning to ensure project success Help teams deliver results to customers more quickly Develop strategy and documentation (market analysis, value proposition, competitive positioning, etc.) for critical market segments Translate strategy into prioritized set of strategic initiatives and oversee ability to impact KPIs Create sustainable process to gather competitive intelligence and market research Other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Certification(s): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, growth, sales (or combination of these functions) required Prior experience working with mobile applications/SaaS/Web applications preferred Prior entrepreneurial experience highly desired
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, transitions and cross-functional leaders Ability to collaborate with Product, User Engagement and Marketing teams to influence business expansion goals Strong analytical and logical thinking and passion for data-driven approach Strong familiarity with Lean Startup methodology, especially Lean Customer Development Familiarity with monthly recurring revenue services Knowledge of Wearables, IoT, Smart Home and Mobility devices Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Ability to manage ambiguity Understanding of Lean Startup methodologies is preferred
