The Direct Sales team is a 100% inbound sales environment in which the calls are generated by direct response media. The sales team converts calls using a consultative, needs-based sales process that is focused on making appropriate recommendations for products, rate plans and value added services with full disclosure to the customer. Direct Sales is an exciting, fast-paced environment in which our agents and leadership team have an opportunity to compete for competitive commissions and contest prizes on a regular basis. The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound sales calls, listening to and answering customer s questions, and selling products, accessories and services. The candidate s primary responsibly is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with GreatCall and will provide excellent customer service through professionalism and enthusiasm for great products and services. The candidate must be able to answer phone calls, process sales orders, overcome objection and problem solve. Strong communication skills and being very performance driven will ensure the candidates success in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to high volume of inbound calls from existing and/or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure Present and sell new products and additional value added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders Answer customer s questions and provide appropriate solutions Maintain performance based on goals and objectives Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer skills including typing and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas Action oriented Conflict management skills Customer focused Results oriented Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Ability to set priorities and stay focused Ability to learn on the fly Tenacious with interpersonal savvy Problem solving skills Offer of employment is conditioned upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check and drug test.
