For our client, a Swiss Bank, we are looking for a Digital Content/Brand Identity Specialist for a contract position in Zurich, Switzerland.

Digital Content/Brand Identity Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new and update existing digital content with particular focus on designs for new online channels to showcase End User products and services. Ensure clear and user-friendly designs, compliant with the current branding policy.
  • Define new functionality and features for digital content to further engage with users along with gamification concepts and personalisation to ensure digital outreach is as effective as possible.
  • Contribute to the further development of clear, consistent and timely client communications, setting standards and ensuring compliance with branding and other policies
  • Utilise industry marketing best practices to ensure professionalism and modernisation in client communications and product marketing eg fresh imagery, slogans, videos.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from end users to ensure channels are kept up to date and fulfil requirements

Overview of the department/team:

The team is based in Switzerland and is responsible for driving internal client communications, brand consistency, product marketing and business engagement activities (IT Expert Bars, Business Advisory Boards, collecting client feedback and driving for improvements) to improve overall UX and engagement with IT globally

  • Wider global CSI team comprises ~50 employees from a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Regional CH team is new and growing

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills in English with a clear and concise writing style
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite but particularly InDesign along with staples such as PowerPoint
  • Solid track record in strategy and execution of product marketing efforts to nurture and strengthen product recognition
  • Academic degree in a relevant design, communications or computer science field

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of general user experience and UI design principles.
  • Experience with web services API integration and in some common JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience in creating content across web, print, video and its audit, assessment and design to improve user experience
  • German language
