Position is responsible for connecting Service Pros (vendors) to the Work Order Network.
This includes outbound calls and email communications, inviting Service Pros to connect, conducting the webinar training for the Service Pro connections assigned to this position, and handling all follow-up until the Service Pro is connected and active on the Work Order Network.
Also responsible for other outbound call campaigns for GetCru, Field Service Management and product enhancements/changes that require Service Pro engagement.
Outbound calls to Service Pros Track, manage and connect all assigned Service Pros Conduct Service Pro on-boarding training
Assist Service Pros with technical support until connected and active on the Work Order Network Upsell Service Pros to other Corrigo products
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and G2M/WebX Call Center environment
