About Information Technology
Information Technology within Countrywide provides and supports all aspects of the technology that our colleagues use in the operation of our business. This includes delivery of change projects, managing our 3 rd party suppliers, setting the standards for our technical architecture and ensuring our technology meets compliance and regulatory obligations, as well as maintaining and operating our estate to ensure our business colleagues can work effectively.
We are embarking on a major programme of change that will upgrade the technical estate and radically alter how we deliver IT to the business. The programme also gives us the opportunity to ensure our internal processes and the IT organisation align to standards and controls that will protect and enhance the way in which we manage our IT and deliver high quality services to our users and customers.
Our Sourcing and Supplier Management function plays a critical role in ensuring we agree the best possible terms with suppliers as we engage 3 rd parties to provide the new technology and services which will support our business going forward.
