German speaking Administrative Assistant (Investment Banking)

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German and English speaking Administrative Assistant with Investment Banking experience.

Overview of the project:

  • Administrative assistant to support the Investment Banking team in Switzerland.
  • Assistant to two Directors and several members of the Corporate Finance team.

Main responsibilities:

  • General administrative task such as: email correspondence, expense management, travel itineraries etc.
  • Daily interaction with internal and external clients via phone
  • Agenda maintenance and meeting planning; organisation of internal meetings, external client meetings as well as arranging conference calls
  • You will organise travel itineraries; planning and reserving of travel via online tool and travel service

The skills required:

  • 1-2 years of admin assistant experience (looking for someone to be developed on the long term)
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Ideally investment banking experience otherwise banking or consultancy experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexible, reliable and a good sense of humour
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Good knowledge of Outlook + Excel
