An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading organisations.
As an IT Support Analyst you will provide quality end user support and the resolution of any hardware/software issues, hardware configuration/installation, network/infrastructure administration, and maintenance and improvements to the existing infrastructure.
This position involves a shift pattern covering the hours of 5am to 8pm.
Provide 1st - 3rdd line support to the business systems users through telephone, direct or electronic support requests within service level agreements
Provide incident and problem diagnosis and resolution in line with ITL framework
Escalate to and manage 3rd party support partners where applicable
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer issues
Keep abreast of technology advancements and advise on best proactive and utilisation
Install, configure and maintain a wide range of software applications including Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and other internal business applications
Support, maintain and upgrade PCs and other hardware
Provide high level hardware support for servers and switches/routers including builds
Supporting the monitoring of the network
Maintain system documentation
Experience supporting infrastructure systems at a 2nd line level
Good knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Windows Server
An understanding of ITIL would be advantageous
Experience troubleshooting Exchange/O365
Good hardware troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of networking
