Job Duties: Collation and preparation of monthly portfolio reportingfrom projects Preparing expense claims Support recruitment and hiring by preparing resourcerequisitions, scheduling interviews, follow-ups and preparing offerrequisition. Support onboarding of new staff by ensuring onboardingdocuments are issued, visa and travel arrangements in place, IT requisitions (cellphones, laptops, etc. Prepare presentations using data from Excel Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (must be able to pass an assessment) Abilityto learn other software programs with minimal hands-ontraining.
